Pavilion Rental

The pavilion is available for rental for baby showers, bridal showers, business retreats, and meetings. Rental is $75/ hour.

Food: You may bring your own food or catering.

Alcohol: You may bring alcohol. Renter must sign a liability waiver if alcohol is served.


Weddings & Elopements

We host outdoor weddings and receptions up to 50 people. You may use our 6’ banquet tables and folding chairs. Table clothes and chair covers are available for rent. 50% non-refundable deposit. Wedding flowers also available for additional fee. Contract required.

Wedding & Reception 1-10 people $750, 10 - 50 people $2,000

Ceremony only, no reception $750.

Elopement: Service for 1-5 people $300, no reception.

Food: You may bring your own food or catering.  

Alcohol: You may bring alcohol. Weddings must provide a temporary special event liability insurance policy listing Hummingbird Hill Flower Farm, LLC as an additional insured. Policies are typically $40-$60 depending on vendor.

Officiant: Need an officiant? We have staff available to perform your wedding for $250.

Overnight accommodations also available for additional fee.


Proposal Services

Ready to propose to that special someone? Let us help you create an unforgettable event with a custom picnic, romantic flower arrangement, stunning views for miles, thousands of blooms, and an overnight stay in a glamp tent provided by our friends at Roosevelt Glamping. We’ve got you covered!

Picnic, flowers and decor rental and set up $350. Glamp Tent additional.


Photography

The farm is available for professional photography for $50/hour or an annual pass for $250. Certain restrictions apply.

Truck Rental

Our 1951 International truck is available for photography for $100/hour. Certain restrictions apply.
